I had severe greenish blood vessels showing through in the tear-trough area under my eyes, so I wanted to improve that part. Before my consultation, this clinic had the most reviews for under-eye fat repositioning, and I came to my first consultation at TOV Plastic Surgery after a YouTuber recommended it. Director Kim Do-hoon said that in my case, I did not have a lot of excess fat under the eyes, so the improvement might not be very noticeable, and if that happened, I could consider additional fat grafting. But he said not to do it together with the under-eye fat repositioning, and instead to wait until all the swelling had gone down, assess it accurately, and then think it over, so I trusted him. (Most other places recommended doing fat grafting together with under-eye fat repositioning, so I thought that was how it was normally done.) Now all the swelling has gone down, and as the director said, it has not improved to the point where it is almost unnoticeable.. But it is definitely better than before. Also, when I look at reviews, it seems like other people do not swell much, but mine was really severe from the day of surgery, and it only started to look like my original face after almost the full 2 weeks, so please keep that in mind
