Eye Re-Surgery

Do I really need ptosis correction?

For my first surgery, I had non-incisional double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction + epicanthoplasty, and for my second surgery, I just raised the line a little with the non-incisional method. This time, the back part of the line is starting to come undone again, so I’m looking into a third revision surgery. I’ve had consultations at 5 places now?? But all of them are recommending ptosis correction + incision. To be honest, incision was something I had somewhat been considering (because my eyelids are somewhat thick and the distance between my eyes and eyebrows isn’t exactly large, and at the time of my second surgery I was told it could come undone again, and if that happened, I should consider incision). But I honestly can’t really accept the idea of doing ptosis correction again. My Müller’s muscle has already been tied, so suggesting another surgery that touches the muscle from here... it made me wonder whether it’s really because I need it. For now, the condition of my eyes is that I can open them wide without using my forehead or eyebrow muscles. When I open my eyes in a completely relaxed state, it’s true that only about 50-60% of my iris is visible, but if I put in a little effort, about 75-80% of my iris shows. If I open my eyes completely wide, up to 95% is visible. Just based on how I feel, the reason it’s uncomfortable when I put strength into my eyes seems simply to be that my eyelids are heavy. Wouldn’t this be something that could be solved with fat removal + incision only? If anyone knows a clinic that’s a bit conservative about ptosis correction surgery, please recommend it and leave your opinions For reference, among the clinics I went to, 3 were places that are supposedly relatively conservative..
