This is a review I’m writing because I’m satisfied after getting ear filler I was looking up ear filler on an app and went to Hugo Plastic Surgery There was no pressure to write a review or anything like that; it’s just been a month and I’m genuinely satisfied, so I’m writing this review They say ear filler is something people with a long midface get to make it look shorter, but for me, rather than my midface, my ears were so small that the way it emphasized my cheekbones and round face shape was really stressful Since there was nothing next to my cheekbones to draw the eye, my cheekbones looked really big and bumpy, so I wondered if I needed facial contouring.. but when I pulled my ears outward, it seemed a bit better, so I waited for the price to drop and then went ahead with it right away lol I’m not sure what type of filler it was, but when I went for the consultation, they told me to choose among the cheapest one, the middle one (a somewhat firm filler), and the best one (very firm), so I chose the middle one. The really cheap one just felt like it would spread quickly.. Looking at reviews, people seemed to get about 8 cc, so I went in planning on 8 cc, but they said to do the basic 4 cc first, check the shape with the director, and then add more if needed I was worried because people said it hurt like crazy, but it only hurt with a dull ache when they gave the anesthetic injection, and it didn’t hurt at all during the entire procedure They checked the shape and size with a mirror from time to time My ears were originally really small, so even after using all 4 cc, I felt just a tiny bit like it wasn’t enough But the director said since it was my first time, I should just do this much for now and later, after the swelling goes down, add more if it still feels lacking, so even though I wanted more, I stopped there.. lol (There was no pressure to add more; honestly, I wanted to do more) Since it was a procedure, I didn’t really care which director did it, so I didn’t check and don’t know who it was, but a male director did it Even with just the basic amount, compared to before the procedure, I’m really, really satisfied and it turned out prettyㅠㅠ When it was swollen, it was exactly the shape I wanted, and once the swelling went down it got a bit smaller, but compared to before, I’m just super super super super satisfied As for the pain level, right after the procedure it doesn’t hurt at all. But that evening, as the anesthesia wore off, my ears hurt like they were being ripped off, my head hurt too, and I was basically dying. For about 3 days, my ears felt like they were going to burst, but after that it was a tolerable kind of pain..? It was okay But when sleeping, if you turn onto your side, you’re dead. Shape deformation is one thing, but it just hurts so much that you can’t sleep on your side. Around a month later, lying on my side is okay, but if they get pressed, it still hurts a little If you can only sleep on your side, I think it would be okay to buy a donut cushion and sleep with your ear placed in the hole Anyway, now that it’s been about a month, all the swelling is gone and the shape has mostly settled, but my ears still pop out when viewed from the front, and I’m so satisfied. I love that when I wear a hat, I don’t look like I have a huge faceㅠㅠ
