I was concerned that my nose was low and round, making the area between my eyebrows look flat from the front. I also had a bulbous nose, which made my face look stuffy, and overall I wanted a more three-dimensional impression. During the consultation, the director explained the design direction suited to my facial proportions in detail, so I felt trust. The manager also adjusted the schedule and gave guidance quickly, so I felt at ease. There was nothing disappointing. Bulbous nose correction and columellar lengthening were done using only costal cartilage. At first, breathing was uncomfortable and it felt stiff when I smiled, but it gradually became more comfortable. There was nothing particularly uncomfortable, and they took good care of me, so recovery went smoothly. At the one-month mark, the major swelling has gone down and only minor swelling remains, so it is settling in more and more naturally. My side-profile line has become smoother, and from the front, I now have a nasal bridge, making my whole face look more three-dimensional. They took meticulous care even through aftercare, so I felt reassured, and I liked that they responded quickly and kindly to inquiries. I could also receive follow-up care directly from the director, which made me trust them. I’m already satisfied from the one-month mark, but I’m looking forward to my nose becoming even more natural.
