Nose Re-Surgery

Nasal Silicone

Is it true that if you get silicone inserted, you absolutely have to keep having revision surgeries..? I’ve seen quite a lot of people saying that whether it’s once every 10 years or once every few years, you have to keep getting revision surgery.. This is my first revision surgery, and I really don’t want to end up on the operating table for my nose again in the future, so I’m looking into it thinking this will be the last time. But I’m really torn about what material to put in the nasal bridge. Silicone scares me because of things like what I mentioned above, and they say that if dermis or costal cartilage is used for the nasal bridge, it could become bumpy because of absorption, so I really think rhinoplasty is difficult If I use costal cartilage for the nasal bridge too, the cost is honestly unbelievably expensive, so I’m worried that if I pay this much and it doesn’t turn out well, I’ll really be mentally devastated..
