I went around in person and looked for a good plastic surgery clinic, and I ended up having surgery at the plastic surgery clinic that recommended the same surgical method as my younger sibling. Now that it has been 6 months since my incisional double eyelid surgery and my satisfaction is high, I’m writing a 6-month review of incisional double eyelid surgery hoping it will help people who are considering double eyelid surgery like I was hahaha My eyes were originally asymmetrical, but as I got older, it gradually became worse, so I became self-conscious every time I took photos and didn’t even want to look in the mirror, which made me decide to get double eyelid surgery!! Recently, I went to and consulted at the place where an acquaintance had surgery, as well as several famous plastic surgery clinics. Among them, I felt more trust because they proposed the same surgical method as my younger sibling’s, so I decided to have surgery at #the_clinic At first, the swelling was severe, so the line looked as if it was tightly stuck on, but I consistently avoided alcohol and salty foods as much as possible and tried to get enough sleep. By the 6-month mark, my eye shape had become completely natural, which even surprised me!! I really experienced firsthand the saying that swelling is all gone by 6 months, so it was really fascinating~ Right after surgery, the double eyelid line was too pronounced, so it looked awkward even when I did eye makeup, but as time passed, it settled into a natural in-out line that wasn’t excessive! Before, there were times when my eyes looked swollen or asymmetrical, but now the swelling has almost all gone down, and my upper eyelids feel lighter too~ Since it was the incisional method, I was anxious that scars might remain, but it wasn’t a red scar and the color looked natural, so the scar marks are barely noticeable In the past, there were times when I had to use my forehead to open my eyes wide, but now the double eyelid line is clearly defined, so I can open my eyes comfortably without wrinkling my forehead. After surgery, my eyes were swollen like donuts and felt stiff, but now the way I open my eyes looks natural and feels comfortable~ When I met my friends after a long time, they were surprised that there wasn’t much swelling even though it was incisional, and I received lots of compliments saying my eyes look much clearer and that they look natural, as if I originally had double eyelids hahaha The biggest satisfaction was that my overall facial impression could change from a dull-looking eye shape to clear and pretty eyes!! haha Since I worked hard going around for consultations and thought about it a lot, the result was even more satisfying hahaha
