Under-eye fat repositioning

If you ask them to preserve the aegyo-sal, they’ll do it.!! NN seemed good for under-eye fat repositioning too, and I saw quite a few reviews for under-eye revision surgery there as well lol

I had under-eye fat repositioning before I saw that side-effect issue, and when I was looking into it, they said under-eye fat repositioning was one of the surgeries with the fewest side effects, so I really wonder how something like that happened.. Anyway, if you get it done by a director with good skill and know-how, it’s a comparatively safe surgery, so I don’t think you need to worry too much. For aegyo-sal, it depends a bit on the hospital, but places that preserve it can keep the aegyo-sal looking pretty, so if you want surgery while preserving your aegyo-sal, you should choose that kind of hospital. I originally had aegyo-sal, so I wanted surgery while preserving it, and I looked through reviews where the aegyo-sal remained well, got consultations, and had surgery at MH. As the fat disappeared, only the aegyo-sal line remained nicely, so putting on makeup is actually much easier than before, and I’m happy with it

If you do under-eye fat repositioning, they can preserve the aegyo-sal, but if you’re worried about the aegyo-sal, how about under-eye fat removal that doesn’t touch the tear trough? One of the places where I had a consultation was called DTB, and there they only remove fat and don’t touch the tear-trough area, so I thought the aegyo-sal would probably be okay
