The director was kind and shaped my eye line several times. It was good that they also showed examples with photos of the expected appearance after surgery. The manager was also very kind, and even though it was my first time meeting her, it felt like I had seen her 10 times. They tried to proceed only with the surgery on the parts I wanted, and although other hospitals recommended ptosis correction, they said I did not necessarily need ptosis correction! The only hospital that first noticed the part I had been concerned about. There was no pressure to make a same-day reservation.
