Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

After nose and paranasal augmentation, I’m debating my chin, back of the jaw, and anterior cheek fat...

It’s been 7-8 months since I had paranasal augmentation and nasal bridge surgery for 3 million won. Before, my nose was extremely low, but now it’s about normal? I’d say. I’m satisfied with it. <Photo description> 1. Before surgery The rest are recent ones 2. Taken indoors 3. Taken outdoors in sunlight 4. The photo below is a virtual cosmetic simulation with only the chin edited in Photoshop I’m debating my chin and anterior cheek area. I’m scared of chin bone shaving, but as you can see in photo 3, the virtual simulation result looks the best ㅠ_ㅠ My chin protrudes a lot when I smile too. The back of my jaw also stands out every time I take photos... Photos 2 and 3 are all after surgery, but there’s still a big difference, right? Photo 3 was taken outdoors, and my face looks broad and flat, and my lower jaw comes out even more. Ugh, I was shocked after seeing these photos ㅠ_ㅠ I’m really worried because of my jaw. Since I don’t have much anterior cheek volume, I’m wondering if filling the anterior cheeks with fat might make my jaw look a bit better? I’d like to hear everyone’s opinions. Bone surgery scares me ㅠ_ㅠ But if it would give me a satisfying result, it’d be better to do it even if I’m scared, right? What would be better to do?
