I said that since my nose is low, short, and upturned, I wanted it to have more length They said I’d need to use costal cartilage and insert silicone But they mentioned 5-6 mm of silicone My friends had about 3.5-4 mm inserted, starting from noses that weren’t high If it’s a low nose, do they usually put in around 5-6 mm?

You can decide based on the goal you want If you’re going for a glamorous look, there are people who do put in that much But the nose is really the center of the face, so go to several clinics

I think it really varies a lot depending on each person’s nose. But usually they say if you put in more than 4 mm, that’s considered high. For my first surgery, I had 3 mm inserted, and it became upturned, so when I had revision surgery at ㅅㄱ, they replaced the silicone and raised it more to 4 mm. I originally like a glamorous look, so it came out well. People around me say it looks glamorous.
