I had my first rhinoplasty 2 years ago. I went for consultations at all the famous clinics in Busan, and I went to May last after an acquaintance recommended it. As soon as the director looked at my nose, he confidently said silicone, unilateral osteotomy, and auricular cartilage. I think the consultation took 5 minutes? He had the coolest personality among the directors I consulted with, so I just scheduled the surgery date right away. On the day of surgery, he consulted with me again, and this time he looked more carefully. After surgery, I went to the hospital for treatment about once every two days, and everything proceeded step by step smoothly. The director also came by occasionally to look at my nose. Personally, I was satisfied because this kind of fast process was comfortable for me, but some people might feel the system is like an assembly-line clinic (case by case). The result came out very natural and nice. But if I don’t say anything, people don’t know I had surgery. It feels like “someone who was really born with a pretty nose.” There are no side effects, and I’m satisfied.
