Nose Surgery Reviews

They really sculpted my nose, honestly (photos included)

<Before revision surgery><After revision surgery>I had lived fine with a fake-looking nose all this time, so I don't intend to resent the doctor who did my first nose surgery But as too much time passed, the shape became, how should I put it, gradually not really to my liking From the point when my nose started to turn upward, my nostrils also seemed to become asymmetric Once it started bothering me like crazy, I kept noticing it endlessly So I looked into clinics and had revision surgery within a month When I went to the clinic I had been drawn to after seeing reviews, just like I had seen in the reviews, they took an X-ray and gave me a Photoshopped image I had seen a lot of posts saying this was good, and now I understand why people say it's good After doing the X-ray exam and going in, the doctor also looked at both the CT and X-ray and examined things more carefully The predicted image was genuinely helpful because I could know the doctor's aesthetic sense and what I might look like after surgery in advance But honestly, I was a bit surprised when I heard the price here I wondered thousands of times whether it was right to spend this amount on my nose But I went for it with the mindset that I would rather spend a few million won more than do it somewhere I didn't really like and regret it In my case, as the silicone moved upward, the capsule pulled the nasal tip and made it turn up more, and it makes sense because it had been a long time since my first surgery So the doctor said it might be better to just remove the silicone and either use no implant or place a thin layer of silicone, so I chose no implant Oh, and when I mentioned the nostril asymmetry, they said swelling goes down differently in each nostril and there are also facial structural factors, so complete correction would be difficult and some asymmetry would remain. They told me honestly like this, and I accepted it knowing that. But I think they paid more attention to it than I expected. It might have even come out better than the predicted nose photo? The recovery process for revision surgery was... well, since they cut and removed things, of course it was freaking hard Honestly, I was like, damn it, what kind of great glory am I trying to achieve by doing this again? For a few days I had a reality check, but that thought lasted about a week, and even those memories faded This time, after removing the silicone, that particular artificial feeling of silicone, should I say, the feeling that anyone could tell I had a nose job disappeared, and it became natural, so I think it turned out well Honestly, I really think getting it done this time was the right call for me

This review is for surgery that pursues natural beauty.
