I don’t know exactly which part of my eyes went wrong It was my first surgery, and it’s been 2 months since I had it.. I’m looking into medial epicanthoplasty restoration, and usually when you go for a restoration consultation, they tape the inner corners of your eyes to estimate what the surgical result will look like, rightㅏ But for me, even if I cover the inner corner of my eye (the lacrimal caruncle area), my eyes don’t go back to their original impression.. Even if I use Photoshop to reduce only the front part of my eyes, they still don’t look like my original eyes Isn’t medial epicanthoplasty done by making a tiny incision near the lacrimal caruncle area..? For me, it feels like my entire eyes have been pulled straight toward my nose, ha.. My lower eyelids have also changed completely, like scleral show developed only at the inner front part of my eyes Everyone who had medial epicanthoplasty and then restoration… is it usually like this for everyone..? In cases like this, how is restoration done..? I don’t know the exact surgical method I had, but right after surgery, the stitches looked like they were tying the skin right in front of the lacrimal caruncle and the skin slightly farther in front of it,, This is so hard.. waiting until 6 months for restoration feels so, so overwhelming
이웅 Try uploading a photo once.. It’s hard to tell from just this
익명 Agreed, without a photo I don’t know what you mean
익명 Uploading a photo would probably be faster
jj My mental state can’t handle uploading a photo, so I tried drawing it at least.. Sorry But it’s exactly like that..
익명 I know it’s hard but if you describe it like that, I don’t think anyone will know...
iliillilil… Did you also get upper canthoplasty together? When Photoshopping, don’t just reduce the front; try reducing the 45-degree area(?) that part, right in front of the first eyelash
jj [@] That makes sense ㅜㅡㅜ
jj [@iliillilililli] The top is before and the bottom is after! The 45-degree area actually came down after surgery, and it was medial plus upper canthoplasty, but there were no stitches on the upper part..
애플레몬백작 Could it be that the medial epicanthoplasty was done too aggressively, or that upper canthoplasty was done a bit?? If you explain a little more, I’ll tell you what I know! I also had a failed medial epicanthoplasty and searched for a lot of information
윌키밀키 Maybe as it was opened, the inner corner was pulled down too much, so it looks like scleral show appeared... hmm, since it’s only been 2 months for now, let’s wait a little. I hope it lifts a bit
눈 No, I’m in the same situation too, and I really don’t know what on earth caused this I think my impression probably became strange because of upper epicanthoplasty.. But when I go to ask about restoring the upper epicanthoplasty, they end up telling me to restore the medial epicanthoplasty…
