Still, I thought my lifelong nose journey depended on it, so I searched hard and got it done by a director known for being good at revision rhinoplasty For my first surgery, I had silicone, and this time I used autologous costal cartilage. I wanted a glamorous straight-with-slight-curve style (like Shin Se-kyung), but I really agonized a lot over whether to use autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage In the end, I went with autologous costal cartilage.. There are so many stories saying autologous costal cartilage really hurts, so I was honestly super scared inside, but it did not hurt as much as I expected My recovery was fast too, and it settled quickly, so just looking at the photos, doesn’t it not look like week 3?? A director known for being good at revision rhinoplasty really does have different skills lol I’m so relieved that I finally got the nose shape I wanted People around me are making such a fuss saying my nose shape is pretty too lol
