I visited for a consultation on ptosis correction and a natural double-eyelid line. The consultation was conducted directly by the surgeon in charge, and they carefully explained the recommended surgical methods depending on my eye condition, the recovery period, whether there would be scarring, and so on. In particular, they asked detailed questions about my previous surgical history and the areas I was concerned about, which made me feel trust. The inside of the clinic was generally clean and quiet, and the guidance from reception to consultation was systematic. The consultation room was also a private space, so privacy was protected and I felt comfortable. The staff also responded brightly and kindly, so even though it was my first visit to the clinic, I was able to receive the consultation without any discomfort.
