The consultation manager was kind and did not push anything excessively, and the doctor was also kind. They explained things in detail.. But every time I asked, “What about this?” or “What about that?”, it felt like the estimate increased one item at a time... I wanted to hear things like, “You don’t need to do this,” or “You don’t need to do that,” but at other hospitals they said some things could be done and some did not really need to be done, whereas here it felt like whenever I mentioned something, it got added That part was not great.
