[Detailed Breast Augmentation Review from Surgery Day to Day 7]

[Detailed Breast Augmentation Review from Surgery Day to Day 7] I’m bringing a review from the day I had my consultation and cosmetic surgery through day 7. First, I decided to have surgery with a hybrid method using fat liposuctioned from my thighs, and I had chosen Motiva implants. Because my right and left breasts were asymmetrical, the director and I decided on 265cc Motiva for the right side and 245cc for the left, and we decided on an inframammary fold incision. (Surgery day) It was the first surgery around 9, so I fasted from midnight the day before, including water, and went with only some lotion on my face. When I arrived, there was a space where I could wash my face, so it was convenient. As soon as I got there, I changed everything including my underwear and changed into disposable panties. After that, they explained the consent form and the precautions once more in detail~ Then the director designed everything with me and checked all the details again, and I could relax before going into the operating room~ They reassured me while placing the IV needle, saying that if I slept for a bit and woke up, it would be over quickly, and that one sentence made me feel more comfortable~ There was an anesthesiologist, and the nurses were really kind too.. I really woke up and the surgery was ending. My chest was wrapped with medical tape, and they raised my upper body fully so I wouldn’t strain myself. I must have been really cold during surgery, because after it ended I was so cold that tears kept coming out, but they wiped everything with wet wipes and turned on a warming device, so my body temperature recovered quickly too~ While recovering, I drank water and they gave me pumpkin porridge, so I ate porridge too. They watched my recovery carefully, and the director told me things like how the surgery went. On the day of surgery, it felt more like my upper body was heavy than anything?? I also heard the post-op precautions, including shoulder stretches, and went home reassured~ (Post-op days 2-3) There was more breast pain than on the first day, but the pain level was much lower than when I had COVID... lolololol And from day 3, there was none at all. If anything, from then on, the thigh liposuction areas hurt a bit more~ And because everything was covered with medical tape, I couldn’t tell well.. hahaha But the volume was already there and I liked it so much. The hospital also managed everything really thoroughly, and on day 3 I went to the hospital, had the tape removed, and changed into corrective underwear. Maybe because I now had breasts, I felt confident and like I had been reborn.. It’s still very swollen, but I liked it so much.... I also had hyperbaric oxygen therapy (they say it’s effective for recovering condition after surgery) and Smart Lux (for swelling and bruise care), and they handled post-op treatment well too, so I think I chose the hospital really well~ (Post-op day 7) I had the stitches at the inframammary incision removed on day 7, and until then I couldn’t do things like shower, but I just comfortably went to a hair salon to wash my hair and stuff. I was so happy I could shower after the stitches were removed.... hahaha They checked my condition and removed the stitches, and that day they even used a machine for texture management. There is still swelling, but it’s gradually going down, and they said around month 3 the feel will become more natural too, so I’m looking forward to it...
