Among clinics famous for philtrum surgery, this place had a unique surgical method, so I went for a consultation. My philtrum length is about 1.9 cm, and other clinics said they could shorten it by up to 3 mm, but here, they said they could shorten it by up to 2 mm instead, with a method where the scar remains only slightly in the center under the nose. Among the places I consulted, the scar would be less noticeable, so I put down a deposit. Besides philtrum shortening, they said a C-curl can be added, and when I looked at before-and-after photos, the photos with the addition definitely looked much prettier, so I’m planning to add it and have the surgery.
There was almost no waiting for the consultation, and the consultation manager’s way of speaking and attitude were on the kind side, but the director didn’t explain a lot proactively. It felt more like he answered when I asked questions, but he said the surgical result would likely be good, so I felt reassured.
