My friend practically lived in this community every single day... She said she was looking around here and there and was going to get nose surgery... I tagged along..and in the end, I got it too... Instead of following my friend to Gangnam...I ended up going to a plastic surgery clinic and having surgery My friend just had it done simply... But I was told my nasal bridge bones were wide, and that if they raised my nose as it was, it wouldn’t look pretty..so I had the bones shaved too.. I didn’t bruise as much as I expected...and the swelling wasn’t too bad either. I had surgery with bone shaving and silicone only... They said there was no need to use cartilage for the nasal tip.. I really thought nose surgery was just putting in something like silicone and raising it, and that was it. I didn’t know my nose would be such a major job that even the bone had to be shaved down... My friend kept talking about septal cartilage? ear cartilage? and things like that, but I didn’t pay attention at all because I had no idea what she was saying... But once I actually had the surgery, now it all properly registers in my ears In the photos, the frontal and side views at the top are before surgery. The ones below were taken in order. The last one is a fresh photo I took yesterday. I keep taking photos of my side profile. Personally, I like that the nasal tip is slightly lifted, and I’m happy with the surgical result.
