Pros and Cons of Revision Rhinoplasty

I had rhinoplasty 1 year and 6 months ago, The reason I had surgery was because my nasal bone had been slightly deformed from trauma in the past. (It wasn't crooked left or right, but a hump nose where the middle of the nasal bridge protruded due to trauma) Since I was having surgery anyway, I inserted silicone and raised the nasal bridge near the glabella, and even after surgery it looked slightly crooked, but time just passed as I thought it would be okay. Depending on the angle it looked okay or strange, but when I saw photos taken on a trip this time, it seemed quite severely crooked, so it keeps bothering me. When I ask my younger sister, she says no one in the world is perfectly straight and tells me to just live with it, and since she says I might not be 100% satisfied even after revision surgery, I am definitely conflicted. In cases like this, is it because the silicone is gradually becoming crooked? Could it become more crooked in the future - maybe because I am paying attention to it, it also feels like it is getting more and more crooked,,, And at the time of surgery it was done open and the bone was also worked on a bit, but the protruding nasal bone that existed before surgery has come back...
