I went to consultations at two places One place said they would operate by releasing the tear trough ligament And another place said they would reinforce the septum Are the two surgical methods actually the same method, just with different terms? Or are they clearly different methods? I went to Divine and Saegim If anyone here has tried either of these two places, please leave a comment
