Nose Re-Surgery

I really want to remove my nose implant

Because of the foreign-body sensation from the silicone, skin show-through at the nasal tip, and so on, I’m thinking about full removal. When I asked my original clinic, they said removal wasn’t possible, but they could do silicone removal + trimming the nasal tip cartilage without much additional cost. But somehow, maybe because the atmosphere between that clinic and me wasn’t that great, I’m hesitating. I’m worried they won’t do it meticulously Honestly, the cost is also a burden, so sigh They said silicone removal and cartilage trimming can be done with a closed approach, but would that still put a lot of strain inside my nose? I want to try this and, if I’m still not satisfied, remove everything, but I’m worried the removal cost later will be added and it’ll only strain my nose I also wonder if it might create even more risks... I also think maybe it would be better to just prepare for removal right away. It’s hard, so hard. What does everyone think??
