ㄷㄷㅇ (ready-made silicone) - I had almost 40 minutes of consultation with the director only (super thorough) - My septum is large, so they suggested a septal cartilage + ear cartilage combination (They said the chance of using donated costal cartilage is less than about 5%, so they almost never use it) - After micro-osteotomy, thin silicone reinforcement + nasal tip cartilage suturing + soft tissue removal - 4 aftercare sessions / 1-year AS / no CCTV fee
ㅃㄹ (considering a custom implant) - They were also very thorough with the consultation (about 25 minutes) - Septum is large and sufficient, septal cartilage + ear cartilage combination - Custom silicone + soft tissue removal (osteotomy unnecessary) - 4 aftercare sessions / 3-year AS / CCTV fee applies
