It’s now been a little over 3 weeks since my surgery. Right now my cheeks are tightly swollen. After the swelling goes down, when does cheek sagging start? Originally, I was debating between facial fat grafting to the cheeks and cheekbone reduction, and they said we should do cheekbone reduction and induce cheek volume through cheek sagging, so I did cheekbone surgery. But there are also a lot of posts saying the cheek sagging that comes after cheekbone surgery is not pretty and looks strange, so I’m worried
