Incision for lowering the line

I don't know because I haven't seen your eye condition, but if you have extra skin, there is some distance between your eyes and eyebrows, and you're only lowering it slightly, it should be okay. Problems can occur if you lower it a lot and do an incision.

[@앙요밍] I made a typo. I meant the distance between the eyes and eyebrows. If you're lowering it by 1-2 mm, it still seems like it would be okay. My eyes and eyebrows were on the close side, but I didn't get lagophthalmos or anything. But it is true that among eye surgeries, it's a difficult surgery.. I hope your surgery goes well.

I went to more than 10 clinics, and maybe because I wasn't lowering it a lot, only about 2 places recommended double-line tying. I didn't want scarring, and no matter how I thought about it, I didn't think I was a case that needed double-line tying, so I filtered out all the places that recommended it.

If you're not lowering the inner corner of the eye, I think incision would probably be good. With double-line tying, there are a lot of worries about scarring and multiple creases..
