Just a few weeks ago, my clothes fit badly like in the photos above, and because my stomach stuck out so much, I was barely managing to cover everything with clothes.
When I look at those pictures now, I really wonder how I even went around like that... I also didn't have much of a weight gap with my boyfriend, so thinking back now, it was honestly a little frightening... These days, after abdominal Smilest, my dieting is going really smoothly ((though I still have a long way to go to my target weight))
Just not having fat around my abdomen already makes clothes fit so much better...
I want to wear prettier clothes more often, and I also want to keep the body I made by spending money like this, so I keep getting more and more greedy. But after fat removal, my stamina really dropped. I was someone who used to do weights every day and walk 10,000 steps, but in the first few weeks after surgery I had so little energy that going to work was really hard. Even going up a few stairs would exhaust me... but these days I've recovered again, I've been eating well and getting through recovery properly, so I'm okay now!! I also started yoga and worked hard on swelling care, and my figure has been improving in its own way, so now I want liposuction on other areas too... For me, liposuction feels like a trigger that motivates dieting. The expected lumps also disappeared completely after two months, and the aftercare has been good too, so I'm very satisfied!!!
