Day 50 After Full-Face Fat Grafting

It has been 50 days since I had full-face fat grafting. Forehead, cheeks, temples, nasal bridge, under-eyes, nasolabial folds, chin, I did the whole face like this. Right now, the forehead and nasal bridge have gone down a lot, and the other areas are still plump. With fat grafting, I really think time is the medicine. I went back to work after 10 days, and people asked why my face was so swollen, and some even said what would I do if the swelling didn't go down,,, But after about 20 days, they said I had gotten prettier. And after fat grafting, people say my skin looks clearer and better.^^ Some people said their skin got better after fat grafting, and some said it got worse, so I was quietly worried,,, I'm really relieved that my skin got better haha My older sister, whom I hadn't seen in a while, also asked if I was getting skin treatments, and kept saying my skin looked so good lol I had consultations at about 3 places, and everywhere I went, I heard a lot of comments like, why does your face have so many uneven contours.ㅡㅡ I had protruding cheekbones and protrusive mouth. After fat grafting, my cheekbones and protrusive mouth improved a lot, so I'm most satisfied with that. My temples had been very hollow from the beginning, but they said if too much fat is grafted into the temple area, the face can look bigger, so they put in an appropriate amount. It's semi-permanent, so it may only last a few years, but I'm satisfied for now. They took fat from my thighs, and more than my grafted face, my thighs hurt so much that I really struggled. I almost died and came back. It's nice that I got prettier... but my thighs hurt so much that I'll have to think carefully about doing fat grafting again next time. For the second round, they said they'll use what was left from the first round, so I'm not worried, and they say I'll get even prettier after the second round,,, I'll upload photos again after I get the second round. Anyway, for those planning to get fat grafting... time is the medicine, so take as long a vacation as you can before doing it. I think it's best to plan for at least 2 weeks or more.
