<Before and after surgery>I had side effects from my first surgery and experienced an issue where my nose bent into a ㄷ-shape, so I decided to get revision rhinoplasty.. When I first got my nose done, I didn’t understand surgical materials well enough, and I didn’t know what surgical method suited my nose condition, so I had so many regrets, from choosing the clinic to the result.. So for this revision surgery, I was really careful and looked for a clinic that could improve my side effects. Since I think revision surgery is definitely difficult, I looked for a director with a lot of experience, and because I was looking into a custom implant + autologous costal cartilage, I focused on clinics famous for custom implants. The reason I looked into custom implants was that they are designed to fit my nose structure, and above all, I thought it would look natural.. I had the surgery without knowing that the director who operated on me was a FitMeKo key doctor, but I found out recently when I went in for a follow-up. After narrowing it down to a few places, anyway, among several clinics, I ultimately had revision surgery with Chief Director Yoon Seok-ho at ㅁㅎ. The things I focused on most were how realistically they could change my nose and the aftercare. I was worried because autologous costal cartilage inevitably leaves a scar, but I decided because their aftercare system for scars was very well set up. It has only been 5 months, so the autologous costal cartilage scar is still visible, but I’ll keep managing it consistently, and once my nose fully settles overall, I’ll come back to write another review then! If everyone is considering revision surgery, choose a clinic that accurately identifies what problem occurred in your first surgery~ Researching online and visiting clinics in person was really annoying and exhausting, so I even wondered if I should give up, but in the end I’m very satisfied!
