3-week review of Motiva inframammary-fold breast augmentation

Before-before-after-after I’m posting my 3-week postoperative review too haha During the consultation, I said I was originally very small, so I didn’t want them to become too big. It was done with Motiva, left 300 cc and right 320 cc, inframammary-fold incision, subfascial placement. They said the surgery would take about 40 minutes to 1 hour, but they said I bled a little more than expected, so it apparently went on for over an hour longer. I had applied for my guardian to watch the surgery video through CCTV, so my mom was watching the whole surgery. According to my mom, one doctor kept sitting there watching me the whole time, and my guess is that it was the anesthesiology director. Anyway, the surgery did take a bit long, but maybe because my mom watched it being done, I felt reassured that it ended well. My mom must have been a bit nervous..ㅜ Still, I think they didn’t hide why the surgery took longer and handled it responsibly until the end.

Anyway, after surgery, I was wearing both a compression bandage and a correction bra at the same time. I removed the compression bandage and went to work on day 4. The first 4 days were really hard. I have an office job, so when I went to work on day 4, it was okay. I started driving from day 5. From day 7, my body felt much better for getting around.

Since I live far from Seoul, I went to check the progress on day 10. They removed about one or two stitches? and told me to do disinfection for 3 days. My breast shape is concave in the middle, so they said the breasts moving toward the center could become a headache later. So from that day, I bought and started wearing an open bra, and I’m still wearing an open bra now. I shouldn’t lie on my side when sleeping, and my breasts are still uncomfortable, but I’m satisfied.

Oh, I’m taking medication to prevent capsular contracture, but I got breakouts, so I’m planning to go to a dermatologist on Monday and get medication prescribed.

I am a little worried the open bra might show through my clothes because it’s summer and clothes are thin. Oh, I think I do have some scarring, so from now on I’m going to diligently apply scar medication.

I’ll post another review next time!
