I had under-eye fat removal through an incision on the inner side of the eye. There are many clinics that sell you on the idea that you'll be totally fine just one day after surgery, but I liked that they honestly told me about the recovery period. They don't push excessive surgery, and they do it naturally and neatly. It's been a few years since I had it done, and I'm very satisfied. The only downside is the priceㅠ
