I have a protruding mouth, and double-jaw surgery scares me. When my nasal tip was lifted, it was less noticeable, but after rhinoplasty, as time passed and my nasal tip drooped, my protruding mouth became more noticeable I’m debating whether to get revision rhinoplasty again or go for the fundamental solution, double-jaw surgery.

hahori If it’s stressing you out, getting double-jaw surgery isn’t a bad option. But it’s a major procedure, so think carefully about it.
