Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

I’m worried.. (please read if you’ve used silicone)

As of today, it has been exactly 2 weeks since my nose surgery,ㅠㅠ I had a hump nose, so I had osteotomy + nasal septum + silicone (1 mm) + open surgery like this... Actually, with a hump nose, the nasal bridge usually isn’t low, so whether to use silicone can vary.. Because of that, I asked the director, and he said that if we used silicone during surgery, I would likely be satisfied without needing revision surgery, so I went with that.. The problem is.... After coming back to this community after a long time, why are there so many posts about nose revision surgeries and even third surgeries, and people say silicone problems show up like this after 1 year, so now I’m extremely depressed.ㅠㅠ I’m wondering if I shouldn’t have done it for no reason (people already said my nose was pretty before, but I got greedy..) They say it’s usually best to do it within 2 weeks after nose surgery or after 6 months.. 1. If you were me, would you remove the 1 mm silicone now?? Or would it be better to remove it later if a problem occurs.. 2. From what I saw, silicone removal seems possible even with a closed approach, but is that possible for someone like me who used nasal septal cartilage too?? Reading posts made me realize that the nose isn’t something you should touch carelessly.. I like the nose shape and the side profile is pretty too, but it feels like I have to live carrying a ticking time bomb..?ㅠㅠ If doing it quickly is better.... I want to do it before it gets any later.. Sigh!!!!!!!!!! sob sob sob sob I’ll be waiting for lots of replies.ㅠㅠ
