Nose Re-Surgery

I had a third rhinoplasty, but can autologous costal cartilage also cause problems,,...

Um, I originally had a short nose and a bulbous nose. During my first surgery, I had nasal tip surgery + alar reduction, but at the time it only got slightly higher and wasn't noticeable. Even so, my skin felt a bit tight. When I had revision surgery, I used autologous costal cartilage, lowered the nasal tip a bit, and had alar reduction together. But my skin became tighter, and because the autologous costal cartilage was firm, even the slightest movement made my skin feel extremely tight. When I had the third surgery, I only got AS at that clinic (correcting the crooked nasal tip from the revision surgery and lowering the nasal tip), but my skin got even tighter, so my nostrils show more. Roughly speaking, the autologous costal cartilage in my nose isn't that big, but I guess my skin can't handle it. It keeps pulling. My skin was tight after the second surgery too, so I don't think it's inflammation. Anyway, I don't think autologous costal cartilage suits me, so is there anything that can be used instead of autologous costal cartilage?? For my fourth surgery, I honestly just want to use only ear cartilage, even if it makes my nasal tip droop. Sigh, I touched it because I wanted to get prettier, but instead it only hurts like crazy. There don't seem to be many cases like mine, so I don't even know how to explain it. Anyway, I'm curious whether it's possible to remove the autologous costal cartilage and replace it with ear cartilage.
