I had the worst conditions: a hump, no nasal bridge at all, a bulbous nose, and a wide nose that absolutely required osteotomy, so wherever I went, they mentioned silicone, and if I didn't want silicone, they said I definitely had to put in dermis at least. But there was a place that said implant-free surgery would be possible if I wanted a natural look, so I booked right away. Since my nose was so low, I didn't expect much, but the side profile came out better than I thought, so I'm posting it. I wanted it to be absolutely natural, with almost no obvious signs. It has been exactly one week since surgery, and I removed the splint today. There is a lot of swelling, so I think it will get lower, but I like that my protruding mouth also seems to have been improved to some extent,, From the front, it's still an Avatar bulbous nose, but I hope the swelling goes down quickly
