Short nose + upturned nose, revision rhinoplasty with donated rib cartilage, day 81. So satisfied! It’s already been over two months since my revision rhinoplasty! I wrote this in my 2-week review too, but as for swelling, except for the small residual swelling on the nasal bridge, it really feels like almost all of it has gone down!! I thought revision rhinoplasty would mean twice as much swelling or slower recovery, but surprisingly the swelling and bruising weren’t severe, so recovery wasn’t too hard. Recently, people I’ve met after the surgery said that now that my nose is higher, my face looks even smaller and almost like it’s about to disappear, and they gave me lots of compliments like that haha. From the front my nostrils used to show, and from the side my nasal tip was lifted, so it looked like an upturned nose, but now that those things are gone, they say my image has become more refined and pretty haha. I’m also super satisfied with this part,, haha Whenever they see my face, they keep complimenting the clinic’s skills, and even people who weren’t thinking about nose surgery suddenly take out a mirror, look at their own nose, and start consulting about noses. Why is that so funny,, is it just me? haha Even friends who already had it done said they want revision surgery lol. I’m so proud haha. Overall, even now I’m satisfied with the shape, but I can still feel swelling on the nasal bridge, so I just hope even the minor swelling completely goes down.
