He felt slightly blunt, but since I was considering a 5th surgery, he explained things in detail. He said surgery would be possible using only ear cartilage and reusing the calcified costal cartilage already inside, but told me not to expect a major change. However, he said improving the blunt and unnatural feeling would be possible. Since that is exactly what I want, I'm thinking about having surgery here. The clinic where I had surgery before also did it under local anesthesia, so I don't have any fear about local anesthesia. Looking at the review photos, the results look natural, and it seems they lower the area where the nasal tip rises from the columella well, so I think I'll end up deciding on this place.
