Among the hospitals I visited, this was the only place that said fat grafting and epicanthoplasty were necessary. Since other hospitals said they weren’t needed, this place gave me the highest estimate. The staff were the most unfriendly among the hospitals I visited. In particular, while I was waiting in the first-floor lobby after the consultation, the staff were leaving work and greeting each other, and as one female staff member walked out, she passed by while swearing, “This is f***ing exhausting, s***.” As for the pre-consultation photo shoot, I don’t know if they forgot, but I went into the director’s consultation room and then came back out to take photos. The facility felt somewhat disorganized.
Overall, I got the impression that professionalism and trustworthiness were lacking.
