It’s only been one day since surgery, but should I say the conjunctiva under my eye is a bit lifted? Does this get better once the swelling goes down??

It’s been 6 months since my eye revision surgery. I had aftercare because there was something bumpy, maybe a dog ear, that needed to be removed, and it seemed like the restored inner corner had opened up. The stitches haven’t been removed…
