They are professional and kind, but the consultation mainly consisted of somewhat forceful explanations, and they kept asking questions and repeatedly checking things. But when I asked questions, they said I was breaking the flow and interrupting them. It seemed like they had to say everything they had prepared, so they tried to take as few questions as possible. I had only heard that they answer questions in depth and well. When I asked again about something they had already explained because I had forgotten it, they made me feel embarrassed, and I was hurt. It felt like their own thoughts mattered more than mine, and it was a bit scary. The consultant was just so-so too.. The overall atmosphere of the clinic was stiff, so it felt burdensome.
