I can accept that even if costal cartilage is used, there can be some degree of drooping, but I also heard that because they know it will droop, they make it a bit more projected on purpose. But how much it will actually droop, and when it will droop, is completely different for each person, so do they just make it overly projected in advance??? Whether it was revision rhinoplasty or a first surgery, was anyone here in the situation I described? Considering the style I want too, there are a few clinics I’m interested in, so I’m especially curious about this.. Do they anticipate it in advance and project it more, or is there a method to make it droop less?
