I went for revision rhinoplasty consultations at ㄴㄴ, ㅋㅂㅈ, and ㅁㅎ ㅁㅎ can’t really even be called a completed visit. My appointment was at 1:30, and I arrived about 10 minutes early. They said the director was in surgery, so there would probably be about a 50-minute wait. I had a CT scan, and since I hadn’t eaten lunch, I said I would step out briefly and went down to the 1st floor. Then they called and said the director seemed to be done, so I should come back up. I said okay and went up, but another staff member came over and apologized, saying the surgical patient had an emergency and the director had gone back in, and told me to go eat lunch and come back. I was already annoyed that they told me to come back after eating, but is it even appropriate to tell someone who came for a consultation that a surgical patient is having an emergency.. Anyway, I ate and came back earlier than the time they told me to return. From then on, it was endless waiting. Around 3, I entered the consultation room. Then I waited endlessly again in the consultation room. When I asked when I could see the director, they said he had gone in to check on the postoperative progress. Like, why even make appointments then ; In that moment, I thought, ah, even if surgery here went wrong, I would definitely never get proper follow-up care. When it was close to 2-3 hours past my appointment time, I said I wouldn’t do the consultation and left. What’s the point if the director is good at surgery? There are more than 7-8 desk staff, and they honestly looked so stupid and incompetent. ㄴㄴ didn’t seem to have a long wait. I think I waited about 20-30 minutes. The consultant and director were both reasonably kind. They took a CT scan, showed me photos, drew diagrams, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. But it felt too factory-like, and there were way too many directors, so choosing which director to go with is a whole task. ㅋㅂㅈ had no wait, and the director and consultant were reasonably kind. After the CT scan, the director explained things well and in an easy-to-understand way. They showed me what I might look like after surgery using a virtual plastic surgery app. They were the only one without a review event. Maybe that’s why there aren’t many reviews, and since the doctor is not a board-certified plastic surgeon, I’m worried whether the shape will turn out okay.
