Is this a case for under-eye fat repositioning? Do I not need fat grafting? Cosmetic surgery experts, please.. I lived for 29 years thinking they were just dark circles, though I do have some pigmentation too. When I smile, I have a lot of aegyo-sal under-eye fullness, but when my face is expressionless, I look hollow like that. The upper eyelid area is slightly sunken (congenital). 하늘아래선율 Mine protruded a bit more than yours and the hollowing was worse, and I had under-eye fat repositioning and under-eye fat grafting together. Go get a consultation. I had lived with it my whole life so I didn’t know it was severe, but after getting a consultation and recently having surgery at S Kim, it turned out it was severe; recovery did take a bit, but the protrusion is gone, so it’s much better, seriously.
