[Revision Surgery] Incisional Double Eyelid Surgery at 3 Months, Is It Botched?

<Photo before double eyelid surgery><Photo after revision incisional double eyelid surgery (+ epicanthoplasty)>Hello! I'm 3 months post-op from revision incisional double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty. For my first surgery, I wanted natural-looking eyes, so the line was set low and I was satisfied with it.. but one eye came undone and turned into a multiple eyelid fold, so I had revision double eyelid surgery! But whenever people around me see me, they keep saying things like, it looked natural before, why did you do it.. Since I even got epicanthoplasty, my gentle impression suddenly changed into a sharp-looking one I regret it so much.. Even though it's been 3 months, the swelling is still severe.. I'm thinking about epicanthoplasty restoration after 6 months.. The double eyelid swelling is so severe. Should I get a second revision double eyelid surgery? I set the line a little higher than my first double eyelid surgery... I think it was the wrong choice... I'm debating the two options below, so if you have time, I would really appreciate a reply... My current eyes probably won't get better even with time, right? 1. Lower the double eyelid line and have revision surgery 2. Epicanthoplasty restoration
