No one’s revision rhinoplasty turned out better than mine

A few years ago, I had nasal bridge surgery through a closed approach with only silicone inserted, but as time passed, my nasal tip became lower, and overall it strongly felt closer to a straight line. It was neat, but rather than a feminine vibe, it gave a somewhat androgynous impression, so I wanted to improve that. So this time, I wanted a naturally noticeable change with a straight-to-curved line, definitely enhancing the nasal tip as well, so I got revision rhinoplasty .... I had consultations at several places, and Director Um Jae-ho’s style at ㄷㄷㅇ was the one I liked the most, so I got my revision rhinoplasty here lol He explained, with specific reasons, that it would be good to correct the nasal bridge + nasal tip at the same time and refine the overall line with osteotomy. He also said the nasal tip could be stably raised using donated costal cartilage, and that the silicone would be custom-fitted to match my face and nose proportions, so I trusted him and had it done. The result came out just as he said, a pretty straight-to-curved line hehe It definitely gives off a different vibe than before ... Before, I only had a nasal bridge, so my impression was neat but plain, but now that the nasal tip has come alive, the line looks much more refined.. He also cleaned up the lines on both sides with osteotomy, so my side profile is smooth, and the straight-to-curved line settled exactly into the feeling I wanted .. It shows, but not excessively; it feels like I gained a natural, luxurious elegance Before, my impression was a little plain and masculine, but now the straight-to-curved line feels feminine and refined, so I feel good every time I look in the mirror I went through an acquaintance’s recommendation .....
