They say removal of Gore-Tex can be done anytime, but why do you have to wait 6 months for revision surgery? Is it impossible to remove it and put an implant back in that same spot? Hanging on for 6 months with a nose I don't like is a little painful. If anyone became prettier after paranasal augmentation, please leave a reply. I had paranasal augmentation with silicone, but the flesh beside the nasolabial folds sagged a bit, so it feels slightly like a bulldog. I think I may need fat grafting, and my face also lost fat and the facial line changed. If I could get my money back, I'd remove everything and go back to how I looked before, but since the money would be wasted, I'm enduring the 6 months for now. I painfully realize how important pre-surgery consultation is.
