Review: My blunt-looking nose became naturally slimmer

All the minor swelling has gone down, and my nasal line has settled naturally, so I feel good every time I look in the mirror. Before surgery, the biggest stress was that my nasal tip was blunt, making my overall impression look stuffy, but now the nasal tip slopes down smoothly and the overall line looks clean, so I like both the front view and, of course, the side view too! I had surgery with Director Yoon Seok-ho at Miho, and during the consultation, the director said that because I had a bulbous nose, costal cartilage was definitely needed. He kindly explained the difference between donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage, even drawing pictures, and he also pointed out that my asymmetry was quite severe. (Just in case anyone is curious, donated costal cartilage + silicone + ear cartilage + septal cartilage were used!) And my recovery was unexpectedly fast. The clinic also managed my swelling well, and the shape settled beautifully from the early stage. As time passed, I could see it changing into a more natural look. Of course, it’s still settled beautifully now! So it really feels like the nose that was originally on my face, and people around me also often tell me I look more refined. Seeing the before and after placed together really makes it clear lol... the before-and-after comparison is easy to see. The blunt nasal tip disappearing was seriously a perfect move.
