I really don't think you should ever think, "It'll be fine if only the nose changes on my face"... It seems the nose plays a really important role in creating the overall mood of the face.... If your face is okay now and you're only a little dissatisfied with your nose, don't get surgery.. If you're doing it to become a little prettier, really do it only after preparing yourself to adapt no matter how your face changes... At first, it really doesn't feel familiar... It feels like the person in the mirror isn't me...
