I Had Philtrum Reduction Surgery~

I had surgery last Tuesday and got my stitches removed today!! Before getting philtrum surgery, no matter how much I tried to get information, it was really hard to find anyone who had done it~~ So I worried so much about whether to do it or not.. but it was a situation where I had no choice, so I thought, let's consider this a gamble with my life, and had the surgery!! They reduced the central part by 5 mm and the area under the nose by 3 mm~ It's okay~~! Since my central face was so long, I heard that double jaw surgery was a surgery that shortens the central face, so I had that insanely expensive surgery about two months ago now.. But I saw no effect at all.. and only my philtrum got longer, so my face had become monstrous.. but through philtrum surgery, the monster became human again, so I'm so happy! Really.. it was strange enough to make me feel suicidal .. I guess people really aren't meant to just die~ Philtrum surgery~~ Because of scarring, there are hardly any hospitals that perform it, so I barely found one.. and took a train for 4 hours to get the surgery!! They said I needed to come in for a follow-up the next day, so I slept one night at a motel near the hospital~~~ The lips that had rolled inward after double jaw surgery came out, and maybe because they cut and lifted the philtrum skin, the corners of my mouth also went up; when I smile slightly, something like dimples forms at the corners of my mouth, and I like it lolololol The scar is... not tear-inducing or anything~~! There's a slight line under the columella~~ They said it will disappear if I diligently apply scar ointment~ so I'm going to apply it diligently~ And the rest was sutured inside the nose, so I'm not that worried about scarring.. but I'm worried the philtrum might stretch out again, that's my biggest concern!!! I'm going to try to keep my lips as relaxed as possible now~ Maybe my philtrum got longer because I always had the habit of tucking my lips into my mouth.. plus I even had double jaw surgery.. Double jaw surgery.. is absolutely not a surgery that shortens the philtrum! A lot of people misunderstand and get the surgery (I was one of them), and I regret it so much!! Anyway~~~ There's so little information, so I'm posting this^^
