Review after getting square jaw Botox twice The effect is really good. My face got totally slimmer, so I’m very satisfied.. I think the effect is best around 2 weeks to 1 month after getting it. The effect is definite enough that people around me ask if I lost weight. But after getting it about twice, compensatory muscle did develop right above the masseter muscle… So I’m wondering whether I should keep getting it in the future, and maybe because the muscle is gone, I feel a bit? of sagging in the anterior cheek
