For my first surgery, I had surgery with silicone and ear cartilage. What do you think about removing both, raising the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage, and using autologous costal cartilage only to fill in the step-off? If it’s inserted only enough to fill the step-off on the nasal bridge, can warping still happen?

I developed contracture in my nose, so I just had everything removed, but the area I marked on the nasal bridge is extremely tight and hard, and it’s noticeably swollen. The photo was taken around day 10 after surgery, and today is day 13.
